This video was made by Spencer Fitz-Gibbon of ICE North West in
association with the Making Manchester series on ALL FM 96.9 and www.allfm.org.

The video looks briefly at what schools and others, including STEMNET and its STEM ambassadors, are doing to encourage the uptake of STEM subjects (science, technology, engineering and maths).

Interviews trailed in this video include Kathleen Harrison, a Senior
Engineer currently working at Jacobs in Salford and a past Chair of the Institution of Civil Engineers North West; Nichola Wallworth, STEM Development Manager at the Museum of Science and Industry in Manchester, and Lindsay Harrold, a teacher at Ashton on Mersey School in Trafford and a STEM ambassador.
