Kashmiri dum aloo is most simple & delicious recipes. It is also called Shahi Aloo Dum, Potato curry Bengali Style, Delhi Style, Kashmiri Style or Home Style, Indian Curry in Kashmiri Style. Kashmiri Style Shahi Aloo Dum

Ingredients:
4 Tbsp - Mustard Oil
½ tsp - Jeera
3 tbsp - Kashmiri red chilly powder
3 tsp - Fennel powder
1 tsp - ginger powder
½ tsp cumin powder
3 cloves
2 big cardamom
1/8 tsp - Asafoetida
1/2 tsp -Salt
4 tsp -Dahi
8-10 Baby Potatoes, boiled, peeled,
