"The Young Ones" was written by Sid Tepper and Roy C. Bennett, subsequently performed by Cliff Richard. It was used as title song for the movie of the same name in1961. After it's release as a single in 1962, it went straight to n°1 in the UK Singles Chart.
Hank Marvin covered it in 1992 on his album "Hank plays Cliff".
Here's my take on this classic nostalgic tune.
