Soulful Flute music is an excellent relaxing music to help you to sleep. It may help you if you have insomnia - it does to us, hence why we want to share this with the rest of the world! Our relaxing music and soulful flute melodies will guide and help you to bring your brainwave lower consistently into Theta waves or even Delta waves. These two stages are crucial when sleeping for our spiritual journey and spiritual & physical healing process as they promote deep restorative sleep. Soulful Flute is founded by an asian flautist and a Reiki practitioner. He also actively does wellness workshops locally with his team using Trance Music & Dance Performance as their modality for healing. (More info to be announced SOON!) Incorporating healing energy, Reiki, trance, Solfeggio Frequencies tuning is essential in our music compositions.
