Shockingly, not a single monster house this run.

Porygon-Z is very strong by the endgame, but in a solo setting the very slow rate at which it learns damaging moves does make the early game pretty RNG dependent. You need to find or start with a usable TM or recall box or your only attacks will be tackle and psybeam until level 29.

As far as the end of the dungeon is concerned:
I wanted to finish floor 30 with a recall box so that Z could relearn Conversion 2, have a decent amount of PP, and have either a ban seed or last-chance seed. Wish is by far the most problematic part of the fight and either seed would let me completely stop it from being used more than once. In the end, I didn't have either on hand but I did have good items to just brute force my way through the healing.

After Wish, the 2nd concern is disable. My solution to this was to make sure Nasty Plot was the move that was disabled, and that it'd only happen after my special attack was already maxed out anyway. Having a pounce wand and starf berry made this pretty easy.

The third boss has no moves that hit through conversion and might as well not even be there.

As far as the actual dungeon is concerned, I'm not sure Z is really the "best" pokemon for a solo run. I'd say trio's run with Lucario was more convincing. This mainly comes down to Z's PP issues without good RNG. But it might be the most reliable option for the final fight itself.
