We had the privilege of leading the heritage renovation and construction of the bungalow for Hon’ble Shri Ajit Pawar, Deputy Chief Minister of Maharashtra, located at Vijaygarh.

What makes this project even more special is its legacy — a heritage structure with deep cultural and political significance. Despite the complexity, where many architects stepped away from the challenge, we embraced it with passion and responsibility.

With dedication, precision, and the relentless efforts of my entire team, we successfully completed the entire restoration and renovation within just 22 days — without compromising on quality, detailing, or heritage aesthetics.
