How To Fish The Ladders At Strawberry Reservoir

This is how I fish the ladders (inlet) at Strawberry Reservoir in early May, before the Cutthroat trout start to spawn.(I always have success with this technique) I will switch to my fly rod with an egg pattern when they start to spawn, with extremely good success.
