Coffee Tamping Do's and Don'ts (How to tamp coffee the right way)

How do you tamp coffee? In this video we run through all the do's and don'ts when it comes to tamping your coffee puck. We start by making sure you are using the right tools for the job and then we look at proper technique that should be used. We also look at automated alternatives to use if you're operating in a busy cafe. Automation can avoid major health problems such as RSI which are commonly suffered when you're tamping a lot of coffee each day.
