A new direction! Life moves, so should we. My passion has expanded beyond martial arts to various forms of "ninja like" movement, martial arts will remain a key component in the content I share, but sometimes it will be parkour, calisthenics, acroyoga, or something else involving movement. My mission is to humbly try and inspire others to move as well, showing that notions of perfection shouldn't hold one back and it's possible to move and keep moving at any age.
