Soo I started a new job in January (shared it on here) In Internal Medicine (IM) department and I thought to give you all some insight into what it’s been like working in this department. The good, the bad and the ugly🤷🏾‍♀️.

For context; IM is a specialty under Medicine & Surgery with sub-specialties such as Cardiology, Neurology, Nephrology, Pulmonology, Gastroenterology, Endocrinology etc.
