Here’s my workout for improving arm strength and speed.

If you haven’t used Tonfa before, start slow and carefully. Weapons can injure you if you are not competent.

Each exercise you see me perform will either be done 10-20 times or for a certain amount of time such as one minute. This workout would have taken me around 25 minutes (not including the stretching at the end) before I practiced kata.

I finish with stretching for every training session.

I have sped up some of the clips to keep the video short.
