Is God of War's Thor the WORST THOR?

Ah, God of War. That mad, 15 year long epic of blood, sweat, magic, and Greek gods being murdered by a gravel voiced madman with a birthmark.

Now they're aiming at the Norse gods, and the internet has gone mad. Thor is fat, Angerbođe is black, and Tyr has too many hands.

But is this really such a bad version of the god of thunder? Or have Santa Monica studios actually done something amazing by making Thor not look like Chris Hemsworth? He may not be Marvel's Thor, but there's a lot to look at here!
