Ramos Island is right next to Caxisigan Island where our camp called Sicsican was. The story goes that the mangroves of Ramos island, the ones right around the little house on the water seen on this video, are home to the saltwater crocodile, but I unfortunately cannot confirm that since I haven't seen any. Nevertheless, I do think the stories are true and you should be cautions if visiting this beautiful place. Our guide told us to keep an eye on them especially in the early mornings and late evenings, as they tend to go out on the beach at those times.
