A golden opportunity has come for the devotees of Mahadev to get the blessings of Mahadev. In the Krishna Paksha year 2022, the Pradosh fast of Chaitra month will be observed on Tuesday, March 29. Mahadev devotees know that the Trayodashi date of every month is dedicated to Mahadev and it is called Pradosh Vrat. On this day, Bholenath can be pleased by taking special measures, because this fast is being kept on Tuesday, hence it is celebrated as Bhaum Pradosh Vrat. This time Bhaum Pradosh Vrat will be celebrated in Sadhya and Dwipushkar Yoga.


According to the Hindu calendar, this yoga formed on the day of Pradosh fast is considered very auspicious for auspicious work.

According to mythological belief, it is believed in relation to Pradosh fast that this fast was kept by Chandradev for Mahadev. It is said that when Chandradev had leprosy, he worshiped Lord Shiva and by the grace of Lord Shiva, this defect was removed, hence the belief of keeping this Pradosh fast is going on. This time on Tuesday, March 29, Dwipushkar Yoga will start from 6:15 am and end at 11:28 in the day and will be attainable till 3:14 pm and after that there will be auspicious yoga.
Whereas the starting day of Chaitra Krishna Trayodashi Tithi starts at 2:38 pm on Tuesday, 29 March 2022. The most auspicious time for Pradosh Kaal worship is from 6:37 pm to 8:57 pm.
The closing day of Chaitra Krishna Trayodashi Tithi is on Wednesday 30 March 2022 till 1:19 pm.

worship method


You have to worship Lord Mahadev on this day by wearing clean and clean washed clothes after taking bath etc. in the morning.

Meditate and worship Shiva with the above mentioned mantras.

Worship Shiva and Hanuman ji in auspicious time in the evening.

Offer Jalabhishek to Lord Shiva with Gangajal, offer sandalwood, offer cow's milk, honey, ghee, hemp-datura, bilvapatra.

It is auspicious to keep only fruit food or fasting on this day.

To please Mahadev on this day for fulfillment of your special wishes, put some amount of black sesame in the bathing water and take a bath during the Brahma Muhurta.

One must visit Shiva temple on this day to attain wealth and glory and fame and success, if this is not possible, then go out after drinking milk or water before leaving for work.

Make balls of flour and feed the fish on this day..by doing this you will get fame and fame.

While leaving the house, go out by chanting the mantra 'Om Shram Shram Shraun Sah Somay Namah' and if you are going to pagoda then chant 'Om Namo Dhandaya Swaha' and Om Namah Shivaya Mantra at least 11 times with Rudraksha.

Now a special remedy which is very auspicious for marriageable boys and girls. On this day, if a person suffering from Manglik defects lights a four-faced lamp made of flour mixed with ghee in the temple of Lord Shiva, then the delay in marriage ends as well as the delay in getting land vehicle also ends.
