Great Grandmas Orange bread Recipe
1 orange, zest and juice ( I ended up using 1 and a half oranges because I wanted more orange flavor)
4 cups sifted all purpose flour (I used all purpose white flour)
1 and 2/3 cup sugar
6 level teaspoons baking powder
pinch of salt
2 cups milk ( I used soy milk)
1/2 cup oil (I used olive oil)
1 tsp vanilla extract

mix the wet ingredients together (orange juice, milk, oil, vanilla)
mix the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt together
combine the wet and dry ingredients. Mix for 4 minutes. Divide into 2 bread loaf pans. Let it sit for 10 minutes. Place into the oven at 350 degrees for 50 minutes to an hour until a toothpick comes out clean. Let cool and enjoy!
