On this journey, I left from Halesi Mahadevsthan and finally arrived at the holy Pathibhara Mata Mandir in Taplejung after seeing the sacred Bhimsen Mandir in Dolakha and the snowfall of Kalinchowk.I decided to take the less-traveled route to reach pathibhara temple, which mostly included difficult off-road trails (Tamor corridor) or, occasionally, no road at all. This journey is sure to capture your heart, whether you're a passionate traveler, a biker, or just curious about the this country.Come along on an adventurous solo bike journey with me as I ride through Nepal's rugged terrain towards holiness.🏍️

History of Pathibhara Mata Mandir:👇
Hundreds of sheep are said to have been lost by local farmers when the sheep were eating where the temple now stands. The goddess instructed the farmers to construct a temple in her honor and carry out a ceremonial sheep sacrifice in a dream that startled them. After the sacrifice, the lost herd surprisingly came back alive. The location bears the name of the goddess Pathibhara, who is revered by her followers as a powerful deity who is amused by acts of selfless kindness and prayer. She is harsh and unforgiving toward those who harbor grudges, though.One of the "Shakti Peeths" is also Pathibhara.
