"Seasons"is inspired by the seasons itself and contemporary classical artists such as Ólafur Arnalds, Joep Beving and Hildur Guðnadóttir. Ambient soundscapes, created by producer and keyboardist Carsten Altena, serve as backdrops for the cello as the main protagonist. Manuela Verbeek performed and recorded with artists from various genres such as Blaudzun, Flor d'Luna and Paceshifters, and currently focusses on creating original solo work.

This video was shot in the beautiful hills of Posbank Veluwe, The Netherlands. Additional footage of the leaves at the start and end by www.videvo.net.
