1. All purpose flour ( Maida ) - 1 cup
2. Curd - 1/2 cup
3. Sugar - 1 cup
4. Water - 1 cup
5. Baking powder - 1 tsp
6. Baking soda ( Cooking soda ) - A pinch
7. Ghee - 1 tbsp
8. Green cardamom powder - 1 tbsp ( 4-5 nos )
9. Sliced almond - ( 4-5 pieces ) to decorate ( optional )
10. Saffron ( Kesar )
11. Kesar yellow colour ( optional )
12. Oil for frying jalebi - 1 cup
