Your Auto Insurance Policy and your personal property in the vehicle, such as gifts and additional items. Make sure that you watch and listen to this. The major misconception is that there would be actual coverage for the "personal property items" and/or gifts and presents that you may have just purchased. Typically, there is not coverage for this under your auto policy. That coverage for the personal property items or gifts and presents "would" be covered under your Homeowners / Renters / Condominium Insurance Policy ... Only if you have one of these types of policies. PLUS it would be subject to that policies deductible.
