It is extremely safe to take pain killers during periods and it is possible that sometimes dysmenorrhea or pain during periods can be quite excruciating and in such times the pain killers are extremely useful. Depending on the stages of pregnancy, it is possible to give pain killers and though they are not 100% safe, they can be used in certain amount of pains and infact doctors do give pain killers if the pain is really excruciating, especially if they have back aches, we resort to some pain killers which are helpful and it tides over the time during the pregnancy.
