Salt
Bread
Cornflour
Garlic
Red chilli powder
Black pepper powder
Fresh coriander leaves
Oil (for shallow frying)

Steps👩🏻‍🍳
1. Boil the potatoes in water with salt until soft and mash them well.
2. Dip the bread slices in water, squeeze out excess water and chop them finely.
3. Add the chopped bread to the mashed potatoes.
4. Add cornflour, garlic - red paste, salt, black pepper powder and chopped coriander leaves.
5. Mix everything well to form a soft dough.
6. Shape the mixture into a roll and cut into triangle pieces.
7. Heat oil in a pan and shallow fry the
triangles until golden and crispy from both sides.
