THE THING FROM THE STARS - (Champion difficulty)

Wasn't really prepared for the fight even though I was wary of it being a possible encounter as my main goal was to get the Ancestor trinket as a reward - the very first fight in this particular dungeon run is with this boss, and the last fight was with The Collector. Fun run.

Hindsight

The fight could've gone better regarding the stress handling and the encounter crippled the entire dungeon run since I had to manage and suppress their stress levels every fight from then on. The crusader got virtuous while everyone else got afflicted so he carried the team for a while with powerful random buffs (luckily landing them on the Leper quite often, increasing his accuracy and crits immensely, landing crit-hits around 50 pts). I did get rid of the afflictions on the Vestal and the Leper only to get the Leper super-stressed again. Just before I cleared the dungeon by visiting the last room I of course had to run into The Collector and his annoying heads with my half-crazed team. In the end, they survived and were sent straight to the abbey for some intense flagellation while the abbot watched behind his peeping curtains...
