Hi friends! Today we dive into District 13's history, and see if they had any failed attempts at a rebellion!

It seems unlikely that the rebellion we see in the Hunger Games series was the first attempt at a rebellion, especially when you consider how many characters were playing both sides (Beetee, Finnick, Haymitch, Plutarch etc). So, were there other attempts? And why did they fail?
