Muda and Parti Sosialis Malaysia (PSM) will take to the streets if the demands they have submitted to the Attorney-General’s Chambers (AGC) within five days are not met.

Upon submitting their protest demands to an AGC representative, both parties are demanding for Deputy Prime Minister Datuk Seri Dr Ahmad Zahid Hamidi to resign until the issue is concluded to prevent any conflict of interests.

The demand letter was read out by PSM youth chief Arveent Kathirchelvan. Among the demands were:

A full explanation by the AGC over their decision to stop the proceedings towards Zahid and; a request for a timeline to expedite the separation of powers by the AGC and public prosecutors to minimise conflict of interests.
