Mable Chan is the Founder and Executive Producer of One in a Billion Productions Inc., a nonprofit media company she launched in 2017 to empower Asian voices through storytelling in films and podcasts. Her podcast, "One in a Billion with Mable Chan," features interviews with Asian writers, producers, and entrepreneurs. A passionate journalist, Mable has been a freelance reporter for The New York Times since 2021 and serves on the board of the Asian American Journalists Association's New England Chapter. She is dedicated to mentoring the next generation of storytellers, leveraging her experience as a former broadcast news producer, where she earned prestigious awards like the George Foster Peabody and Edward R. Murrow Award. Mable resides in New York City and Cambridge, MA.
