Today I’m sharing two viral, cozy, low-carb recipes that are perfect when you want real comfort food — without flour, excess carbs, or guilt.
A zero-carb chicken crust pizza and a juicy homemade doner kebab — both easy, satisfying, and made with simple ingredients.

📌Recipe #1:
Ingredients:
1 lb (450 g) ground chicken
¼ cup grated Parmesan (≈25 g)
black pepper (salt optional)
Toppings:
3 Tbsp marinara sauce (45 g)
1 cup shredded cheese total (≈100 g, divided)
½ red onion, sliced
½ bell pepper, sliced
1 cup mushrooms (≈70 g)
olives, to taste
fresh herbs, for garnish

325 kcal · 33.5 g protein · 19 g fat · 4.8 g net carbs
🍕 Macros per slice (1 of 6):
216 kcal · 22.3 g protein · 12.7 g fat · 3.2 g net carbs
👩🍳 Method:
Press seasoned ground chicken into a thin crust on parchment and sprinkle with Parmesan.
Bake for 15 minutes at 210°C (410°F), then top with sauce, cheese, and vegetables.
Finish baking until melty and golden, garnish with fresh herbs, and slice.
🌯 Recipe #2
Ingredients:
1 lb (450 g) ground beef
1 medium red onion (½ diced, ½ roasted)
3 garlic cloves
salt, black pepper, paprika
andful fresh parsley
iceberg lettuce
2 bell peppers
1 Tbsp feta or dry curd cheese (15 g)
1 Tbsp doner sauce (15 g)
keto tortillas (here is a great tortillas recipe • No Flour, No Carbs! I Could Eat This Day a... )
👩🍳 Method:
Mix beef with diced onion, garlic, parsley, and spices.
Divide into 4 portions, roll very thin between parchment, and bake for 30 minutes at 200°C (392°F).with peppers and onion.
Tear baked meat into doner pieces and return to the oven to brown.
Assemble wraps with lettuce, roasted veggies, doner meat, cheese, sauce, and tortillas.
