IYC is organising a protest against BJP Government at the centre over the illegal and undemocratic manner in which Government was formed in Maharashtra by BJP.
There is nothing in the public domain in what manner Shri Devendra Fadnavis and/or the BJP staked claim power between the intervening night of 22.11.2019 and 23.11.2019 in Maharashtra. Further there is no material in the public domain to show that Shri Devendra Fadnavis carried letters of support of 144 MLAs (which in any event was not legally possible to do).
Protesting against the illegal undemocratic actions on the part of BJP, IYC under the leadership of its President Srinivas B.V is going to protest outside Parliament.
The protest will start from IYC headquarters at 01:00PM and will march towards Parliament house.
