How to score amazing flair shot goals in FIFA 23. In this EA Sports FIFA skill moves tutorial I score a trick shot goal with Paul Pogba. This is best done by utilizing the FIFA nutmeg skill - here's how:

Directional Nutmeg (1⭐️skill move)

PlayStation: hold L1 + R1
Xbox: hold LB + RB
flick Right Stick to any direction you want the ⚽️ to go

In this example with Paul Pogba, it's crucial to flick it backwards. Then you can easily score a backheel FIFA flair shot goal from it.

This flair shot requires either 5-star skill moves or the flair trait. Gladly Paul Pogba has both of them in FIFA 23, even though both are not needed.

How to do flair shots in FIFA?

PS: L2 + L1 + O
Xbox: LT + LB + B

For scoring such backheel chip shot, you need to press all 3 buttons at the same time after you did the Directional Nutmeg skill.

The reason why you press them all together is because if you press L1 (LB) first, it'll make your player to turn and face the goal. This will cause your flair shot to fail. It's easy to accidentally press this button first.

I scored this goal with French ⚽️ star Paul Pogba (Juventus). Pogba has currently one of the best FUT cards (97 OVR Shapeshifters) in FIFA 23 Ultimate Team mode. If you've packed him, then you can score so amazing goals with his skills. He is truly one of the best players in the game.
