I felt like my recording my Lucio play b/c I felt like I was doing "well" BEFORE recording (so that's why the video starts off in the middle of the match)

Backstory aside, the real problems are the glitches. So I started at rank 2879. One glitch started at the around 5:08, this was when my Diamond rank suddenly turned into a Level, like for QP. I didn't notice this until after looking through the video. And as you can see in the end, there were my horrible placement matches, which shouldn't be there since I clearly had my rank already. Also, around that time my teammate stated that there was an update happening (and before I started the comp game Uprising was still in game, and after the comp game it wasn't). And as you can see, I gained no SR from that comp game.

I've seen many complaints in the OW forums so it isn't just me, I hope this gets fixed soon :/
