If we do not diffuse, learn from, and release these, they can lead to different tangents of fear or anger that may last longer than necessary. Through this exercise, we face our individual triggers together and learn how to separate ourselves from these states of mind, understand what they are here to teach us, and release them completely. We all need tangible, practical, and uncomplicated tools to make our lives easier, especially as more is being asked of us by Guidance, towards our creation. We look forward to having your present.
