The "Know Your Right" project, implemented by the Foundation for Societal Empowerment and Rejuvenation (FOSER), is creating meaningful change in Bauchi State by empowering adolescents and young people with the knowledge, confidence, and tools to access quality sexual and reproductive health (SRH) services.

Through youth-led outreach, community dialogues, and collaboration with Primary Health Care Centers (PHCs), the project breaks down barriers such as stigma, discrimination, and provider bias—ensuring young people know their rights and can claim them without fear or judgment.

This video captures the voices of young beneficiaries, trained health workers, and community stakeholders whose lives and practices have been transformed through the project. From reducing misinformation to building adolescent-friendly health services, Know Your Right is setting a new standard for youth inclusion and health equity in Northern Nigeria.
