Today we decided to tour one of Frisco Texas 5 star communities that is on over 735 acres, with 75 acres of green space, and incredible amenities. This community won't be just single family homes either. It also features patio homes, townhomes, luxury apartments, village retail and dining options as well!

Today, we tour the Frisco community of The Grove, which was awarded by the City of Frisco, the Five Star Neighborhood designation recognizes HOAs that take pride in their communities. Once the community is completed it will have over 3000 homes and include a 424 unit rental community. You can still even get into this community with process in the low $500,000's to start for some of the townhomes.
