Hi guys, welcome back to the Pirnejad group YouTube channel, where we discuss everything, Orange County, real estate lifestyles, and business trends. Today, we're going to pick the top three areas where I feel are the best to raise a family in Newport Beach. Now, obviously NewportBeach California is well-known for its gorgeous beaches, upscale dining entertainment, as well as some of the most luxurious homes in all of Orange County. Today, we're going to focus on three subdivisions, Big Canyon, East Bluff and Harbor View Homes, or most commonly known as the Port Streets to the residents that live there, we're going to discuss some of the amenities in those areas, as well as some of the home values and why I've chosen them to be in the top three in all of Newport Beach to raise a family. So if you like the content that you're getting in this video, go ahead and smash that like button and hit the subscribe button. So we can continue to bring you content like this every day. So we're starting off our list today with number three of the best places to raise a family in orange County. And this community is called Big Canyon. Big Canyon of the three is one of the most exclusive and the only guard gated community on the list. Now, most of the residents here also members of the Big Canyon Country Club, which has a world renowned 18 hole golf course. Now the area itself has wide open streets, super mature landscape, as well as top lot sand volleyball courts, greenbelts everywhere. So with the amount of exclusivity that's in this neighborhood, you can see why it would be one of the best places to raise a family. Now there's about a 465 units housing units in Big Canyon on about a 400 acre total development. And these houses are on the higher end when it comes to Newport beach ranging from about $3 to $8 million to own a house in this area. But with the amenities for the families, with this lucidity and with the privacy, we've got Big Canyon as number three on our list. So we've made it to number two area in Newport Beach of where to raise a family. And that's the community of East Bluff, hands down, one of the most scenic areas in all of Newport Beach and not just because of the ocean views, because that's pretty common throughout Newport Beach, but you've got these beautiful views of the Back Bay. And they're surrounded by trails for families that want to go hiking, biking, and walking together. Now this is a very family first lifestyle, and you're going to find a lot of young families raising their children here. The beautiful part about this is this is probably one of the more affordable neighborhoods when it comes to Newport Beach with homes going from anywhere at just under a million dollars to about four and a half million dollars, along with two different apartment communities that allow you the opportunity to rent in this area. Now, as you can imagine with these gorgeous views, the wide open trails, all the green belts and all the amenities, it's why we picked this area to be number two on our list to raise a family. And finally, we're here. The number one place to raise a family in Newport Beach Harbor View Homes, or as the locals like to call it the Port Streets because of street names like Port Carlo and Port Renwick. Now this area for the longest time has been the most sought after family friendly neighborhood in all of Orange County. And it's made up of three phases. Each phase has its own clubhouse, swimming pool, vast greenbelts all over the place. So what you're going to notice all the time, if you're going to see kids in the streets, playing with their friends, riding their bikes, playing basketballs mean you'll see basketball hoop just about in every driveway. Now I'm a little biased about this neighborhood because I've been volunteering my time as a football coach for many years. And we practice right here on the green belts and the port streets. And guess what? The kids don't come out alone. Many times their parents are out here. So it's a very family oriented neighborhood. That being said, it's not one of the most affordable neighborhoods in the area with Hans ranging from about $2 million to about $8 million. But if family schools, amenities is everything that you need, then the port streets might just be the right place for you. Hey guys, thanks so much for taking the time to watch our video on the top three areas to raise a family in Newport Beach, California, if there's an area that you feel that we missed or you feel is a better place to raise a family, please go ahead and put it in the comments below.
