What Went Wrong on the Titan Submersible? Explained With Illustrations

The Titan submersible, and its mother ship the Polar Prince, left for the site of the RMS Titanic's wreck, from St.John's city in Canada's Newfoundland on Friday, 16 June, carrying five people.

Titan lost contact with the surface after one hour and 45 minutes. Four days later, the Coast Guard would discover debris from the Titan submersible, at the bottom of the ocean. All five on board had perished. What went wrong for the expedition? Watch the video for the story.
