Here is what he had to say: "Preplanning of site logistics - It's very important to really map out the step-by-step - permit selective demolition, layer in when do services get relocation, when do excavation happen and in doing that also making sure that the place is safe for public and construction access." He also spoke about the challenges with overall site phasing. These things don't seem like common construction questions. Still, they require high constructability inputs like how to phase the site in the very early stages of planning, such as the amenities' location, which towers are marketed as residential or rental, the phasing of sequential occupancies, etc.
