Beth by KISS is featured in Theatricality, the twentieth episode of Season One. It is sung by the New Directions Boys (except Kurt), with solos from Finn and Puck.

It was sung with the intention of naming Quinn and Puck's baby Beth, after Puck suggested Jackie Daniels as a name. After the song Puck and Quinn have a "sweet moment" together. Quinn seems very touched by the song, as she is seen crying during it. Also, when Finn sings his verse, he sets it as an apology towards Kurt, after using offensive language during a heated discussion in their new bedroom. Puck's efforts are not in vain when his and Quinn's daughter is named Beth.
