In Search of Hawkesbourne Castle near Horsham

PLEASE NOTE THIS HISTORIC MONUMENT IS ON PRIVATE LAND! I have been informed since making the video and I apologise for trespass.

In today's video I am treading in the footsteps of one of my viewers, Glen Johnson, who stalked the woodland above Horsham in search of Hawkesbourne Castle - a fortified moated manor house built, apparently, BEFORE the Motte and Bailey Castle a mile to the south.

I have trouble keeping the woodland path marked on old maps and the OS map. There is no private signage, so I leap into the unknown for my quest.
