The third program in the series, "Rethinking the 'Final Solution' and the Wannsee Conference 80 Years Later", presented a multidisciplinary look at the three Operation Reinhard camps and how they operated. Dr. Tamir Hod, historian at the Ghetto Fighters' House opened the program with a brief description of the collaborators in the extermination camps. The archeologist Yoram Haimi presented his long-term work in the Sobibór Archaeological Project and the importance of his findings.Hannah Wilson, a PhD candidate at Nottingham Trent University and Content Director for World ORT, took part in the project with Haimi, and discussed the Sobibor uprising that took place in October 1943 whose narrative has marginalized the experiences of women in the camp. She outlined the roles of women within camp structures, the uprising itself and their stories throughout the months that followed.

This program is in partnership with Liberation 75, Remember the Women Institute, the Rabin Chair Forum, Classrooms Without Borders, the House of the Wannsee Conference Memorial and Educational Site, and the Johannesburg Holocaust and Genocide Center.
