1/2 videos I have left recorded before taking a break from the weekly uploads unless I record something else in time for the following weeks. Also incoming POM plate hate in this writeup.

Compared to the JWK Popus on FR4 config this sounds pretty weak to me, very thin and quiet sounding. These are the same browns that were featured in this video:    • J-02 - Cherry MX Browns on Ultem Plate Typ...   . Unlike with the FR4 plate config where you get a lot of nice low-end creaminess, the POM plate just mutes a lot and makes the board sound dry. I feel like POM does this thing where it isolates switch sound a lot almost like CF in a way if that makes sense and I also find myself not enjoying CF plates that much. Honestly, I can't think of a time when I've kept a POM plate for very long in a board, its definitely in the lower tier of plastic plate materials for my own personal preference. I'd take an UHMWPE plate over a POM plate any day of the week, I can't believe I used to hear people say they were the same before lol.

No hate at all if you like POM plates, just personally not for me. I just find that they sound thin and dry. People say that gat inks on POM is one of the goated switch/plate combos but again, I'd rather take inks on UHMWPE instead. If you do like POM plates or have liked them in certain configs/boards in the past, do tell me about it in the comments I'm super interested to hear about where POM excels in!
