Rose-breasted Grosbeak Song

Описание к видео Rose-breasted Grosbeak Song

Rose-breasted Grosbeak is a migrant that breeds in forests and second-growth habitats across the northeastern and north-central United States, north to west-central Canada. The species winters in Central and South American forests. Its population is thought to be stable, though maturing second-growth may lead to future declines.

This song of Rose-breasted Grosbeak was recorded in Washington, Minnesota. Downy Woodpecker can be heard in the background. (Audio by Jonathon Jongsma. Accessible at www.xeno-canto.org/134880. Photo by rck_953, Shutterstock)
