This video explains how you can prepare for podcasts/or Internet Radio Interviews. Remember to keep your responses as short and to the point as possible. Be sure to call in 10 minutes early for sound checks to make sure that the background noise is under control.

Think of your past, present and future as they relate to the story you want to tell. Remember, this is an interview, not a court case. Avoid run on sentences. Short, concise statements are good. Give me a chance to paraphrase and check for clarity. Be sure to share your show with family, friends, constituents and your audience. Invite them to listen. Post the show links on Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest.

Make sure you know the call in number before hand and call in via Skype, cell phone, landline.
