Recipe and Ingredients

In a Pressure Cooker
Add 2 Glass of Water
Soaked Chickpeas 1½ Cup

In a Cloth add whole spices and tie it - Cinnamon 1 inch, 2 Bay Leaf, 1 black Cardamom, 2 Green Cardamom, 2 Cloves, 5 Black Pepper

Add Salt to taste and Cook for about 5 - 6 Whistle

In a Kadhai add mustard Oil 3 Tbsp
Cumin Seeds ½ tsp
A Pinch of Asofoetida
Paste of 2 Medium Size Tomatoes
Add Salt to taste
Saute and Cook for 4 - 5 Min on High Flame
then Add Green Chilli for Spicyness
Ginger Chopped 1 inch
Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder 1 Tsp
Mix and Cook Until Oil Releases

after that add the Boiled Chickpeas and Mix it with the Malasa Coat it Well and aslo you can cook it for about 2 min
then add the boiled water of Chickpeas for gravy about 1½ Cup

For the Special Chole Masala

2 Tbsp Coriander Seeds
Half Tsp Dried Mango Powder
Half Tsp Cumin Seeds
Half Tsp Fennel Seeds
Half Tsp Dry Fenugreek Leaves
1 Black Cardamom
Half Tsp Balck Salt
Half Tsp Pomegranate Powder
3 Cloves
5 - 6 Black Pepper
1/4 Tsp Dried Ginger Powder
Half tsp Turmeric Powder

Put all these ingredients in a pan, toast it lightly for 4 - 5 min and grind it to a powder, Chole Masala is Reaady

Or Else You Can use the market wala Chole Masala Powder

Add the Masala about 2 tbsp
mix it and cook it for 15 min on medium Flame

Sprinkle Some Fresh Coriander Leaves
Ready to Serve
