Exploring Napa Valley: Rombauer Vineyards

On Danny and Tonja's recent trip out to the Napa Valley they spent a late afternoon at Rombauer Vineyards. They had a very special guest host as Charlotte Devilliers, Mid-Atlantic Regional Sales Manger was at the winery and provided an amazing tasting and tour. You may remember seeing Charlotte in an episode of Virtual Vines.

Koerner and Joan Rombauer established the vineyards in 1980 and released their first wines in 1984. Four decades later they are still family owned and operated. You may recognize Rombauer wines from its distinctive, fruit-driven expressions. Danny and Tonja were able to have a quick interaction with the winemaker Luke Clayton.
