The Texas Education Agency has launched a program called the Virtual and Hybrid Program Accelerator, also known as VHPA. Through this program, selected districts in Texas will receive technical assistance to support the design, implementation, and improvement of a virtual or hybrid learning program. And Education Elements has been selected as the sole technical assistance provider for all of the districts in this program.



The program includes 1:1 coaching for school leaders and district support staff. It includes cohort learning opportunities and field trips to see other models in action. You get support from a partner like us who takes the time to understand the unique needs of your district, adapt our approach for your context, and uses a process designed to create internal capacity and sustained change.
