The Citizen Café community consists of people from all around the world who share the same passion - Hebrew. This is our way to create a safe space to learn, make mistakes and advance together.
🏡 Keep it relevant: Biblical Hebrew is important and interesting, but it’s VERY different from the modern Hebrew people use nowadays. We’ll make sure you learn the most modern and useful vocab, pronunciation and slang.
🏡 Learn what you need: Our motto is: “if Israelis don’t know it, you don’t need to either!” Nikkud, roots, stems… These are all nice to have, but you don’t need them in order to speak Hebrew easily and intuitively. Rather than over analyzing every word, our classes will help you focus on getting your speaking muscles going!
