Are Women (White, POC & Black) the worst perpetrators of discriminatory hostile work environments?

I’ve been thinking a lot about the question of whether women, especially white women, are the worst perpetrators of discriminatory hostile work environment and anti-black racism in work places in the United States.

Based on my work experience, and anecdotally the experience of my clients, the answer is yes. But I have theories about why that might be, and I share them in this video.

At the end of the day, all roads lead to white supremacy and the perpetuation and institutionalization of white supremacy is led by white men, so why are so many of them less likely to engage in the openly, toxic behavior that women engage in at work?
