It's not about I'm better or who is better I just want to show people what myself and others are doing so in turn they have the choice because as I see it presently people do not! They are just confused especially with the PROTEIN myth.

I have not always been like this it was thanks to another Youtuber for being on here who's videos I found that changed my life forever!
