Firt Souville was one of the outer forts protecting Verdun along with Fort Vaux and Douaumont.

Unlike the other two forts, Fort Souville has been pretty much left to the wilds and so is now just part of the forest. I did not research this fort enough to know where to go because after visiting I realised that there was alot to see in the forest. I would suggest if you are going to Verdun to research Fort Souville and find a map that showes you where the main features are located.

Having said that I did meet two of the intimidating Pamart casemates. I imagine these spitting MG fire would have been a sight to behold.
