[V2] Sonic Superstars- Miniboss (Genesis arrangement)

As part of my mission to revise my older and frankly mediocre covers, here is a revised, much nicer arrangement of the Sonic Superstars miniboss theme, now 100% more accurate! All transcription errors were (hopefully) fixed and the instrumentation was completely redone to better match the patches Senoue used in the original.
