初級長拳，全部共三路，是一九五六年，由國家體委為推廣武術運動而編制，由於編者均是當代的傳統武術傳人，故其本質，仍然保留了傳統武術法理，當大家練習時，知道整路拳路的應用意義嗎？

拳諺有云「以勁為上，以法為貴」，寶貴在其法，故本招式間的關係，及當中的意思，就已完整地蘊藏其中，如大家真正了解後，便能體會及欣賞到出當心思和要義。

Chuji (Elementary) Changquan consists of three routines in total. It was developed in 1956 by the National Sports Commission to promote wushu. As it was created by traditional martial arts masters of that time, its content was based on the principles of traditional martial arts. Do you know the applications and significance of the entire routine?

Chinese martial arts proverb goes, "Power is important, but technique is precious." The value lies in the technique itself, including its inherent meaning and the relationship between different moves. All of this is fully contained within the technique, and when people truly understand them, they can appreciate the careful thought and essence behind the routines.
